Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand.
- Track customers’ comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members.
- Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages.
- Coordinate social media messages with advertising departments in alignment with company goals
- Audit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns.
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system to efficacy and areas for
- improvements.
- Assist the operation department during the launches of new products, and events.
- Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customers segments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor in Business Administration / Marketing/ or related field
Experience
- Years of Experience: 2 - 3 Years
- Field of Experience: Marketing
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
- Computer software proficiency.
- Flexibility working with tight schedules and weekends.
- Proficiency with content creation and planning.
